Founded in 1978 as a volunteer-run gay men’s health clinic, today Chase Brexton Health Care is a private, non-profit and Joint Commission accredited Federally Qualified Health Center serving nearly 30,000 individuals at its seven centers located in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County and Talbot County. Providing a range of clinical services from primary medical care to behavioral health to dental, among others, Chase Brexton Health Care strives to ensure everyone, whether baby or Baby Boomer, insured or uninsured, gay or straight, new to the community or new to the country, has a safe, affirming place for health care.
