Leaders make our work possible:

• Help us serve over 400 people with low incomes each year
• Support our impact litigation which directly affects 180,000 in Maryland
• Support the research, drafting, advocacy, implementation of policies that protect LGBTQ people throughout the state
• Aid our outreach and services to people most likely to experience bias: transgender and gender non-conforming people, communities of color, youth, people with low-incomes, and geographically under-served communities
