Each year FreeState Justice hosts interns so we can support the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders and their allies and work together to improve the lives of low-income LGBTQ+ Marylanders. With support from a staff member, our interns create individualized projects that fit with their interests and career goals.
This year we are happy to announce opportunities to intern with BMORE BLXCK, a Black, queer, youth-led grassroots and social justice organization based in Baltimore City, Maryland. BMOREe BLXCK designs projects which address the systemic marginalization faced by Black people, youth and the TLGBQ communities in Baltimore.
All candidates should be organized, committed to FreeState’s and/or BMORE BLXCK’s missions, and have the skills listed in the internship descriptions that are linked below. For more information apply here or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
