Happy first day of Pride Month everyone! Pride month represents something different for each of us.
For some, it is a time to march and showcase how vibrant our community is. For others, it is a quiet time to reflect and remember all of the community members we’ve lost. But no matter what Pride month means to you, we all must celebrate it in some form. Because this is not just a month-long holiday. It is evidence that our community is powerful and thriving. It is honoring the countless trailblazing advocates who fought not only for this month, but also for the rights we work daily to protect. This fight is not over, there is still much to be done, but Pride is important because it reminds us why we fight. It reminds us that our community has tremendous strength and will not back down in the face of adversity.
FreeState Justice wishes you a happy Pride Month. No matter how you choose to celebrate, we want you to know that we are honored to serve you at this time.
